Description
Warm up your evening with the unique and mesmerising Firestorm Heater, the eco-friendly Patio Heater.
Simply load the Firestorm with wood pellets and light, the flame will reach the full height of the 1.5m high tube in just 15 minutes and provide over an hour of enticing flames. By simply adding more pellets to the heater once lit you can extend the burn time as required. The Firestorm Heater is easy to light and self-extinguish once your evening draws to a close.
Firestorm Heaters includes 5kg of wood pellets to get you started, as well as a cleaning kit to keep it in mint condition.

Ordered one of the Firestorm phoenix patio burners after seeing them at the Kelmarsh show - nice friendly chap who took the time to explain the workings etc. Arrived within a week, all secure on a pallet, driver called to let me know he would be arriving. Fired 'her' up this afternoon for a test run and really impressed - pumps out lots of heat when you're near it and looks fantastic Can't wait to fire her up this evening when it's gone dark because I'm sure it's going to look even better ! |

They are fabulous - give out such a lot of heat and illumination - a small group of you can sit round one and actually see each other even when fully dark. Watching the flames dance is fascinating. |

Returns
“Refunds & Returns
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds on any purchase at this time unless the item arrives damaged, broken or otherwise unfit for use. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
UK & EU 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
